Media Analyst

We’re seeking a media analyst to conduct research and analyze digital media data, generating comprehensive holistic reports that summarize findings and present key insights that contribute to client success and drive the growth of digital businesses.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Monitor campaign data and maintain data streams to identify issues that impact reporting 
  • Build and maintain client dashboards  
  • Manipulate and analyze complex sets of data from various sources to identify trends
  • Generate reports summarizing key insights in line with client’s primary KPIs 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with overall business goals 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve media strategies and campaigns 
  • Assist in digital creative traffic for clients, including ad serving and a variety of social media platforms.  
  • Work with account teams to ensure accuracy and timelines of creative delivery. 
  • Confirm campaign launches and troubleshoot any issues as well as perform digital launch checks post-launch to ensure campaigns are running correctly.

Qualifications

  • College degree (preferred).
  • Concise and effective communicator in various settings (meetings, writing, and presenting) 
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaborate effectively across project teams seamlessly and with Media Analytics Manager 
  • Engaging and curious – digging into data, problem solving, as well as interacting with team members 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to be flexible to change 
  • Knowledge of Excel and digital media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Reddit, YouTube, etc.) 
  • Experience or exposure to Salesforce/Marketing Cloud Intelligence or programs similar, i.e. PowerBI.
