Born in Marshalltown, Iowa, and now a proud resident of Des Moines since 2011, I have a deep passion for yoga, working out, gardening, and reading. My free time is often spent at the pool with a good book, crafting homemade meals, or enjoying the company of my partner and our beloved cat. Des Moines has been a wonderful home, providing the perfect backdrop for my various interests and hobbies.
